PoolBidding is a product of 7e Digital LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — company name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card number or bank details.
• Usage data — proposals, line items, employees, vendors, and other data you enter into the application.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message if you use the contact form on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the PoolBidding service.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, billing notifications).
• To respond to support and contact form inquiries.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in an isolated PostgreSQL database on a VPS server. Each customer's database is separate — your data is never commingled with another customer's data. Nightly encrypted backups are retained for 14 days.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• SMTP provider — transactional email delivery only.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will permanently delete your database within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at Matt@7eDigital.com.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to the application requires authentication.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time by contacting us. You can export your proposal data at any time from within the application.
